Outlook 2007 BCM SDK Available?

I 've looked at this .chm but it's very sparse on details pertaining to
modifications of existing BCM forms such as the Account form. Can these be
modified like the standard Outlook forms?

The BCM forms do not provide modifications like your Outlook forms
