Outlook 2007 Beta Mapi error msoc.dll

After downloading beta and starting Outlook I receive the following message.
Searches for solutions have not been successful.

mapi was unable to load the information service msoc.dll

Hi

You could try running a search for the file msoc.dll and rename it to .old
Then try running a Detect and Repair of Office and then try restarting
Outlook.

Also, you could also try creating a new profile and check out if it opens
fine without any errors.

I am having the same propblem and upon searching for the msoc.dll it cannot
be found. I do not want to buy one so am hopeful someone can advise how to
locate one...
