Outlook 2007 blocks mdb files.

Hello there

Can someone help. I recive a lot of mdb files and having to remember clients
to zip them before sending them is rather anoying...
Micosoft is blocking a native file???? What's up I understand this is
a safety measure but I trust the sources... can someone help?

yes, mdb files are blocked by Outlook 2007:
