Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager...will not load

I have been on the phone with support 3 days with no solution for this error
message: Microsoft.Net Framwork, Exception from HRESULT:0x8007007E. The next
step they are suggesting is to system restore...
Any other suggestions?

Have they had you uninstall and reinstall .NET? That only works on Xp,
not Vista.

Yes...they are thinking to do a restore next. Any other suggestions?
