Outlook 2007: Calendar appointments not appearing as expected

I have user in my organization who has calendar appointments that are
not appearing as expected. She has 2 laptops and a Treo 700wx on
Sprint. Both laptops are running Office 2007 connecting to an Exchange
2003 server. One laptop is at home and the other is at work.

The home laptop is not displaying the appointments in question. When
she does a search for the appointments, she is able to locate them and
then open them. However, they do not appear on the calendar itself.

I have tried a variety of views and nothing has seemed to resolve the
issue. Last week, I created a back up of her OST and then moved it;
this resolved another issue she was having with all of her Tasks not
appearing in the default view.

Has anybody else run into this issue or have any suggestions on what
might have happened?
