Outlook 2007 cannot view items posted in public calendar by Outloo

We have a user who has Outlook 2007, and she can entered items into the
public calendar and is able to view them normally. She cannot view items
entered by anyone else. Other users (most have Outlook 2003) are able to
enter items and view other people's entries. They are also able to view this
one person's entries. Is there a setting with Outlook 2007 that is causing
the issue, or is it possible there is an issue with the Office installation?
