Outlook 2007 cant remove paragraph and space marks

All of a suddent I have paragraph marks and space marks betwen words when I
create or respond to a message. They do not appear on the receiving side.
Also attachments get listed like the old e-mail system as an object rather
than at the top.

1) CTRL+SHIFT+8 toggles markup
2) Change your message format to Plain Text or HTML instead of Rich Text.
