Outlook 2007 client can't see Exchange public calendar entries

I have an outlook 2007 client that can't see information put into a public
calendar on an Exchange 2003 server. She can see the info she puts into the
calendar from outlook 2007 but can't see entries put into the calendar from
outlook 2003 clients. Any ideas on why this is happening. Is there a
setting to change on outlook 2007?
