Outlook 2007 compatible with Office XP?

We are currently running Office XP and would like to upgrade only Outlook to
2007, does anyone know of any issues with this? Thanks.

You will lose any Office/Outlook integration, so no mail merges, for
example. Other than that, it should be OK.

if your employees use word as the editor now, they will lose many of the
features it provides - even though Outlook 2007 uses a word dll as the
editor, it has about the same features as the outlook editor in previous
versions unless you install the full suite.
