Outlook 2007 Contacts in TO: email box

I've just brought thousands of contacts in from Outlook 2003 into 2007
contacts. A PST file.

I have 15 different contacts sub folders. My CUSTOMERS sub folder has
900 entries.

I never used the FILE AS field, I just always sorted by COMPANY NAME,
and in Outlook 2003 I was able to choose the contact by COMPANY NAME
in the TO: box.

It seems that the only way I can do this in OL2007 is by first name or
last name? OR, I have to go into 900 contacts and change the FILE AS
parameter?

This is crazy. There must be a better way!

HEEEELP!
