Fresh install of Vista Home Premium SP1 and Outlook 2007 Enterprise SP1.
Getting the following error when trying to use email links from websites.

What? I replied to my own threads, aren't they viewable?

My original post was the following

Fresh install of Vista Home Premium SP1 and Outlook 2007 Enterprise SP1.
* Does not crash in safe mode
* Does crash in regular mode with all add-ins disabled
* Have run Office Diagnostics, no problems found
* Have run Repair from original DVD as well


Getting the following error when trying to send new emails and replying to
emails as well.

No, I expire messages after 2 days.

Do you have a Blackberry that you use with Outlook? Have you tried running
scanpst.exe against your .pst file?

Lastly, if none of that works, try a new mail profile here->Control
Panel->Mail Icon.

Yes, Blackberry Desktop Manager v4.5

Yes I have run scanpst.exe (I have several pst files open and it happens on
each one)

From the error message it sounds like you have an issue with your
blackberry. Have you tried contacting the blackberry folks to see if they
know of the issue?

Hello,
Here's an update.

1. I'm not about to contact Blackberry for an Outlook problem (I work for a
software company, I know how one company likes to blame another) BUT I did
try uninstalling the Blackberry Desktop software and Outlook is still have
issues.

2. I have run scanpst on each one of my pst files 2x's now. I have tried
creating a new mail profile from scratch (new mail folders, address book,
etc) - did NOT solve the issue.

3. Have tried running repair on Outlook (again) - did NOT solve the issue

4. There were some updates published by MS this week, I have installed
those which did NOT solve the issue. Now Outlook quits but no longer shows
the error, I am able to turn on Outlook logging but don't know how to attach
the file here.

It started happening after I installed a new hard drive, installed Vista and
Office from scratch.

I have tried safe mode before with no help but I will try again

Well I have the same issue and have done the same toubleshooting tasks. Run
repair, cleared cash, been out to Microsoft, etc same as Milly. I am working
with support at my company and have had no success, I will keep you all
informed.
