Outlook 2007 Crashes

I can sned and recieve email without a problem but if I select either
"Contacts" or "Tasks" outlook will crash and restart. When I first installed
the applications this did not happen. Steps I've taken so far:
1) Did a "repair" on the office 2007 installation
2) Uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2007
3) Ran the Microsoft Diagnostics Tool
4) Ran the PST repair tool
5) Ran the OST repair tool

I have no 3rd party plugins install. I am running XP Pro sp2 with all
patches installed
