Outlook 2007 crashing after vista sp2 installation

Hi,
My outllook 2007 is crashing while attempting to make a connection to the
exchange server after an automatic update of vista sp2 was installed. Outlook
works for profiles which are offline but crashes when a profile that requires
a connection to the exchange server is selected. Please help.

What's being logged about this in the Event Viewer?
Does it work correctly in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

Thank you Roady for the help.
Tried working in the safe mode, doesnt work and the event viewer has no log
of this.
THe actual error message "Cannot start Microsoft office. Cannot open outllok
Window.:

Start Outlook once with the /resetnavpane command switch.
