Outlook 2007 crashing

My outlook is crashing very frequently with below error.

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6423.1000, stamp 49b08185,
faulting module outlook.exe, version 12.0.6423.1000, stamp 49b08185, debug?
0, fault address 0x001f0261.

Any idea what could be the problem here?

Does it work correctly in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

If so, it's probably caused by an add-in. For details to troubleshoot
add-ins see;

It probably won't solve your issue, but also note that you are a few updates
behind (only 1 or 2 or so).
