Outlook 2007 data file Repair program

In the past I have had a need to repair a corrupted Outlook data file.

I tried a search and have not come up with the answer.

I know there is a program in Outlook/Windows that will repair the file.

I just can't remember where it is.

Can some one please refresh my memory about this program??
