Outlook 2007 - Delegate can't delete calendar items in shared cale

Currently, I have a growing problem where delegates can't delete calendar
items in another person's calendar. The problem is limited to Outlook 2007.
While the delegate can't delete a calendar item in Outlook 2007, the delegate
can delete the calendar item in Outlook XP. (We are Exchange 2003 SP2.)

Any suggestions or known hot fixes available?
