Outlook 2007 Delegate not receiving invite emails

One of my assistants is not always receiving meeting invites (on behalf of) from our clients even though the executive she supports has her as a delegate. They are both using Outlook 2007 on a 2007 exchange server.

Any ideas or others having this trouble?
