Outlook 2007 - Difficult calendar entry

Once a month I am “on call†at work.

I’d like to be able to setup a calendar entry showing my time as busy for :
Monday 6pm to Tuesday 8am
Tuesday 6pm to Wednesday 8am
Same Wednesday and Thursday
Friday 6pm to Monday 8am

That’s a chore to do every month – can anyone think of a quick way to do this?

Sounds like you can setup recurring appointments for those items/events.
Have you tried that and had trouble?

Unfortunately the weeks in question are not the same each month, which as I
see it, makes a recurring appointment not possible
