Outlook 2007, Digital IDs, Group Policy

I am at a client who is about to deploy Outlook 2007 as an Exchange client.
They want to disable in the Trust Center the ability for users to get or
import/export a DigitalID. Any ideas on how I can disable this functionality
in either OCT or (preferably) group policy? Thank you.
