Outlook 2007 Disable Synchronization Log?

I'm using Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2007. My Sync Issues folder is
being flooded with messages of the form:

16:45:19 Synchronizer Version 12.0.6300
16:45:19 Synchronizing Mailbox '[user name]'
16:45:19 Synchronizing local changes in folder 'Sent Items'
16:45:19 Uploading to server '[exchange server name]'
16:45:19 1 item(s) added to online folder
16:45:19 Downloading from server '[exchange server name]'
16:45:19 Done

This is bothersome to me as there appears to be no error or issue
associated with the message and everything appears to be working fine.

How can I stop this madness?
