I have a problem with default language in composing message window. I use two
languages most frequently, English US and Polish. However, I prefer to have
English as default language. When I start new message, always default
language is Polish. When I try to change that in Set Language/Default... to
English US, it allows me, but when I start new message, the setiing remains
unchanged--Polish remains default. I have all system settings in English US:
default keyboard, language in Regional Settings, country, etc. My system is
Vista Business, however I had the same problem on old computer--I copied
settings through Easy Transfer (it was Win XP), and the problem remain.
