Outlook 2007 downloading same POP3 messages again.

Because I have a Blackberry and Outlook I keep the messages on the POP3
server and let the server delete them after 90 days. For some reason Outlook
2007 is downloading 421mb of messages again after I did a Zonealarme Extreme
security upgrade. Very annoying. Is there a fix??? Tried turning off ZA
and it made no difference.

Forgot to tell you I am running Vista 64 business. My send/receive is set
for 30 min.
