Outlook 2007 Email Address rather than Name

Is there any way to have the To and Cc line display the name as well as the
email address? The problem we have is that some of our emails need to be
printed into an imaging system and once that's done, the email address is
lost.

Since you did not state your version of Outlook, it is generally found in
the contact' "display name" field.
