I tried creating a new profile in Outlook 2007, but I still receive the
errorr "...Sending' reported error (0x80040201) : 'Unknown Error
0x80040201'". What to do now...

Question pertaining to your answer.

When you are building a new email profile, does Outlook need to be shutdown?
And do you need to go to email accounts within the Control Panel and build
the email account in their?

You can build a new profile while Outlook is running, but Outlook won't be
able to choose it until you close and restart Outlook.
