Outlook 2007: Error when sending to email not in contacts list

Hello. We recently upgraded to Exchange 2007 and the user in particular having the error runs Outlook 2007 on Windows XP (99% of our other clients run Outlook 2003).

The user encountered an error a week back after trying to send an email and the message entailed that the destination email address could not be verified and that the email could not be sent.

I've searched the web and have not found anything but a single other case in which the user had the same problem, but his problem went unanswered. Very difficult to find any information on this, I'm guessing it has not been encountered often (enough).

Any help?

did this user upgrade to outlook 2007? if so, did you make a new profile?
