Outlook 2007 Error

Whenever I create a message\open a message\open a clendar item i get an error
stating "Could not install custom actions. The object could not be found"

If I click OK I am able to continue on as expected. How do I correct this?

Yes the Outlook Mobile service was set. I removed this and the issue stopped.

I also unchecked all the add-ins.
