I have a user laptop with Office 2007. Every time Outlook 2007 is closed it
crashes with:
Source: Microsoft Office 12 EventID: 1000
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6504.5000, stamp 49e7f47e,
faulting module outlook.exe, version 12.0.6504.5000, stamp 49e7f47e, debug?
0, fault address 0x003b07b3
When opening Outlook again it I receive the following: Outlook experienced
a serious problem with the "onenote notes about outlook items" add-in. If you
have seen this message multiple time, you should disable this add-in and
check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?

I have tried disabling and installing updates. Have also tried repairing
office. No luck.
Has anyone seen this before? While Outlook is open I am able to send emails
to OneNote but on exit from Outlook the errors begin.
