Outlook 2007 failing to launch

Hi all,

I have seen two Vista machine now where outlook 2007 was working fine but
then after a period of time once the vista machine had booted the first time
you launch outlook it runs but if you close it down and try and reopen it
without rebooting the pc outlook fails to open.

I can see nothing useful in the application or system logs

If I reboot the pc's outlook complain about not been shutdown correctly and
ask to be started in safe mode.

I have seen others complain of the same problem but not seen any cure for
it!

Any ideas?

When you close Outlook does the outlook.exe process actually quits?
