Outlook 2007 Favorite Folder Issue

I've got Outlook 2007 SP1 12.0.6213.1000 and I've right-clicked on Search
Folders|Unread Mail and clicked on "add to Favorite Folders". It appears
nicely. The problem is - I have to do it everytime I restart the computer.

Any ideas?

Does the Start -> Run; outlook.exe /safe
reset the Navigation Pane or is that something else?
