Outlook 2007 hangs when try to forward message with web image link

We have users that only have limited web access and need to authenticate to
our firewall so when they get an email in html format that has links to web
images, it doesn't display those images which is fine. But, they use to be
able to forward these emails to someone with full internet acces who could
display them for them if needed. This worked well under Windows and Office
2000 but since upgrading to Vista and Office 2007, it seems to be a problem
when they try to forward them and Outlook just hangs with hour glass. We let
it go for about 5 minutes and never timed out so we had to cancel. It seems
consistant among all users that have lmited internet access. Thanks, Joe

do they still get the automatic download dialog that asks if they want to
download content before forwarding?
See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/showdialog.htm to restore it - #32.
