Outlook 2007 - Hyperlink issue

I was able to access websites from email hyperlinks. Just recently
warning box pops up and says:

"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on thi
computer. Please contact your system administrator"

I contacted him because that's me. I am unable to locate why I canno
access the hyperlinks.

Any ideas
