Outlook 2007 Icon, lack of descriotion??

I cant seem to find anything that shows a list or legend of the Icons in
Outlook 2007.

Ive followed the links here but they were mostly for 2003...not helpful.

Im trying to find out what the icon with the 'x, checkmark, and question
symbol' mean...they can be seen next to messages, by the attachment icon, in
my inbox...some have attachments and others do not.

It's the icon that the message hold tracking information.
