Outlook 2007 icon

I have a mial icon that shows 2 people. However the email itself does not
show any distribution. Does anyone know what it means.?

I've checked the Outlook 2003 icons and it is not there. Does anyone know
were I can find a listing of the 2007 Outlook icons?

Sorry I need to clarify.

In the Inbox screen of Outlook 2007 I see an icon next to a received email.
The little icon shows two people instead of an open envelope. Does anyone
know what this means?
