Outlook 2007 Instant Messaging Issue

Hi there,

As far as I know, I'm supposed to be able to select whether to display the
online status of contacts via the Tools > Options > Others tab. However, I
noticed that this option is greyed out for me.

I would really like to enable this as it would save me a lot of time.

Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to provide.
