One of our member in the office is having this issue where when he sends and
e-mail with bullets, and then after its sent moves the message from his sent
items to his personal folders it will change into iso-2022-jp text.
I've noticed that when you open the message after you have moved it into the
personal folders that the encoding is set to Japanese, even though the
default is set to Weastern European.
