Is there a way to rename the IMAP folder used by Outlook 2007 for spam? I
have a spam folder on my IMAP server, but instead of using it, Outlook
insists on creating its own, called "Junk E-mail". A related question is, is
there a way to save drafts in an IMAP folder instead of a local one?
Windows Mail in Vista can do both of these, and can also use the IMAP folder
for deleted items, so I'm surprised they seem to be missing from Outlook.
