Outlook 2007 Junk mail

J

Jeffrey Smith

I have told Outlook 2007 so many times that e-mail from my boss is not spam. But it still wants to send everything that he sends me to Junk Mail. I have added him to the safe sender file, I have right clicked on each e-mail and told it to set him as safe. I have checked to make sure that the mail server is not set up as a spam site, or an open resolver and about 3000000 other things I or someone else has thought of. And yet Outlook will not allow this mail to go into the Inbox.

And now my e-mail is going out to my fellow workers as spam.

Any thoughts here?.

What is your boss's email address (munge the name but use the @ part)? It
may be something in their address that is causing the junk mail rule to kick
in.

Something like "mail with "free" in the message header" is causing your
boss's mail from "freeserve.uk" to be blocked, for example.
