I have Vista Ultimate SP1 and Outlook 2007.
I set the Junk Mail filter to be "OFF" but every so many restarts Outlook
decides it want to change the "OFF" setting to "LOW".
i.e. I start Outlook set it to OFF wait for it to download any mail I then
close Outlook restarting it only when it has gone from the process list in
task manager. Somewhere during the first 10 restarts it will change the
setting to LOW again. Each time I restart it I look at tools/options/Junk
Mail to see if it happened this time if not I close Outlook and try again.
Does anyone know why is it doing this or what could be causing it and how
can I stop it please?
