outlook 2007 keeps starting up every time I access Onenote.

Hi, I keep trying to disable outlook 2007, it has started to open every time I access onenote files. I don't want it and don't use access at all. I am also still using XP OS. Outlook has not been configured as yet.

Any quick ways to stop it starting up?
