Vonage voice mail wav file will no longer open in Outlook 2007 mail. How can
I fix it?

I had the exact same problem with Outlook 2007/vista64 not playin
Vonage wav files. Here's what was happening. Outlook 2007 creates
folder, in my case the 09MCNEX1 (see path below) . Apparently th
naming of this folder may be dynamic so yours might be different.
Outlook copies the wav files (and other attachments) as you view or pla
them from Outlook. I assume Outlook is supposed to purge this tem
folder when you close the app, but for some reason does not. When
deleted the files (about 10MB), I was able to play wav file attachmen
as normal. This may only be a patch as I assume this temp folder wil
fill up again.
