Outlook 2007 - Microsoft Office Button

Somehow I managed to make the new Microsoft Office button disappear, it has
been replaced by the 2003 interface, so the nifty new button that has all of
that within it has disappeared.
I have painstakingly searched through the options and have yet to find a way
of restoring it.

Open a new email e.g. and you'll see the button. The main Outlook window
does not have the new Ribbon user interface, only the windows for all
the individual Outlook items do.
