In Outlook 2007, the majority of the program is in English, except for the
Months and Days in the Outlook calendar that are listed in Hebrew. Is there
a way to get it ALL in english? Thanks!

Not 100% sure but check if an alternate calendar is enabled here: Tools menu

Thanks! That added the month, but the days of the week are still in Hebrew.
Any thoughts?

Nope, just the days. I switched the Language Pack in MS office to be default
on English but the days still show in Hebrew, and the months too although the
english is written beside it.
Thanks!

This might fix your problem:

1. Go to the Start Menu, and click on Start / All Programs / Microsoft
Office / Microsoft Office Tools / Microsoft Office 2007 Language Settings.

2. Make sure that the "Primary Editing Language" is set to English on the
Editing Languages tab.

3. Click OK. If a warning dialog appears, click OK on the dialog.

4. If you changed the language settings, reboot Outlook and any other Office
applications that are running.
