Outlook 2007 moving data from one computer to another.

I just got a new Vista Ultimate laptop. I am trying to move the data from the
old computer to the new one. Old computer is running X/P .If anyone could
post the procedure I would appreciate it.

We do so daily.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

In addition, make sure you never use Windows Easy Transfer. Make sure you
never attempt to import data.
