Outlook 2007 - Not delivering Messages to local PST

I had intalles Outllok 2007 just today, everything seems to work very well
however i just realized that outlook is not delivering my new messages to my
local PST Inbox.

I had Outlook configured to do this so I can acces my email whenever I want.
Any ideas?

AFAICS this would belong into the Outlook NGs.
Pls ask there as this section is for *OneNote*.
