Outlook 2007 not opening

I have just reinstalled Office 2007. When Outlook Tries to open a dialog box
opens titled Configuring Outlook with the messsage configuring Outlook
Accounts and that is all she wrote. You have to force Outlook closed at that
point

Go to control panel, mail applet - make a new profile (keep your current
profile, name the new one Test). Does it work ok?

Now that I have downloaded Explorer 8, Outlook 2007 will in load on my
computer. Anyone else having that problem?
