Outlook 2007 not starting

When my computer has been running for a day or so, if I close Outlook, I
cannot open it back up. Neither the shortcut from the start menu, nor the
quicklaunch button works. Vista gives me the spinning circle for about 5
seconds, and then nothing happens. If I reboot, I can get back into it, but
no other way. Any ideas, other than rebooting every day?

Have you opened your task manager to see if Outlook is already running?
Perhaps it's not closing down properly.
