Outlook 2007 problem of restarting

When i first boot up i can open and run my Outlook 2007 Program but when i
close it, it will not open again. No response and no error message. I can
open all the other Office 2007 products. I must restart the computer to start
again. I have run the diagnostic 4 times with no errors. HELP!

Make sure Outlook is not listed in Task Manager, Processes tab after you
close it. If it is, figure out why it's running. See
