Outlook 2007 problem receiving email

I have outlook 2007 and I have an email address that I can send to but for
some reason I cannot get replies. I have checked my settings and it is in my
contacts-
what do you think is the problem

Probably your receive email settings.
Check what is required from your email provider against the settings in
Tools | Account Settings >>> select eh account then Change.
