Outlook 2007 Problem

Recently upon opening outlook I receive hundreds of message. These messages
are the same message copied as many as ten times. The status bar will
indicate message X of 123 and then Outlook will bring up the send error
report box, close, and start the process over again. I ran diagnostics and
found nothing. Also ran AVG (version 9), malware bytes and spybot and found
no problems. Then I tried to repair the program but received several error
message as this process went along. One of the message that I copied down was
Error 1304-error writing to file: C\WINDOWS\system32\WISPTIS.EXE verify that
you have access to the directory. Several of the other errors, which I didn't
copy the codes down for, also indicated verify that you have access to the
directory. This problem with Outlook is preventing me from being able to
access my e-mail because it brings up the error reporting box before ever
finishing receiving messages. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is this on a tablet? The WISPTIS.EXE file is part of Windows Ink Services. I
remember an update recently that had to do with ink. See if any of your
recent updates applied to ink and remove the update.
