I am having difficulty opening my Office 2007 Outllook. I am using MS Vista
and I keep getting the following message: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook.
Cannot open the Outlook window."
Later, I ran a compatibility search and got the following: "The extension
configuration file "C:\ProgramFiles\Microsoft Office\Office
12\ADDINS\dlgsetup.ec..." cannot be installed. There is an error in the
syntax of the format of the file.Error in configuration file "C
rogram
Files\Microsoft Office\Office 12\ADDINS\dlgsetup.ec..."
